Acai Advanced Program is a scam

This scam program has the same cheating ingredients like the Acai Supreme one. Look what they are stating in their "Terms and conditions" page:

At the end of your free trial period you will be charged the discounted price of $79.95. If for any reason the dietary supplements are not for you, call Advanced Acai Customer Care toll free at 1–866–943–3083 within your 14 day free trial period to cancel. Then simply return the product (even if it is empty!) and you will NEVER be billed any additional amount.

Their sales page looks almost the same as the Acai Supreme one. I may be speculating, but my opinion is this could be the same company that tries to rip people off by selling Acai Supreme. The funny thing is that all the complains I found about these guys sound the same like to ones from Acai berry Supreme:

  • ACAI ADVANCED SCAM - the claim you get a free 15 day trial is false. I received the product after 2 weeks, and my credit card was charged 2 days after receiving the product. Called the company to cancel 4 times - put on hold every time for up to 1 hr and 40 min. Sent e-mails and received no response. To keep them from charging me more money, I had to cancel my credit card. ACAI ADVANCED is nothing more than a SCAM.
  • I too was charged on my credit card $64.95 before my "trial" period was up then also charged by their tag team Vit Live Lean for $24.95 by their stealth tacits. I did NOT know that I was signed Up for anything until my credit card got zapped. Then the CS area just refuses to assist in any resolution. There gotta be laws against this kind of piggyback practices.
  • DON'T TAKE A CHANCE, YOU WILL LOSE, AND THESE CRIMINALS WILL GET AWAY WITH IT. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF CORRUPT PEOPLE ABUSING THE INTERNET AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF INNOCENT TRUSTING PEOPLE. EVEN IF YOU ARE SMART, THESE PEOPLE HAVE WAYS TO GET TO YOU. EVEN A CONTRACT LAWYER COULDN'T FIND THE KINK IN THIS BUSINESS.

My attention was caught by the last scam review I listed on my site. I have contacted a lawyer myself last year and paid for a couple of hours. I wanted to ask if there is a way to put these guys in jail. The lawyer said exactly the following: "any court would have these guys NOT GUILTY, because of their disclaimer". So make sure you read their disclaimer.
